Your honor,

The Debra Jean Milke case has caused tremendous outrage throughout the western civilized word, based on the documented facts, which have become public knowledge.

Most of the world has learned from wrongful justice applied and what it has caused eventually.

It is inconceivable for any educated and law-abiding citizen, that totally uncorroborated "evidence" of one single police detective with known personal ambitions and a record of having lied in many other cases can result to put a person on death row. Many other issues have been raised in this case during trial, but it is obvious that none of them could have held up as solid evidence. The State resorted to compound motives to make sure to impress the jury which, by the way, was selected under highly questionable tactics by the presiding judge.

Debra Jean Milke most certainly did not receive a fair trial as prescribed by the American Constitution.

The general public is in dire need to believe in some sort of integrity and proper justice. If the State of Arizona cannot provide, then you can.

Based on the fact that the only witness at the Grand Jury Hearing on Dec. 8, 1989 was former police officer Saldate and Debra was not even represented, it should have never even come to an indictment. But who protects the uninformed or normal everyday citizen ? It is in your hands and your conscience, Your Honor.

Very respectfully yours,
