Dear Mrs. Napolitano,

How is it possible for a person to be arrested and sentenced to death without any tangible evidence ?

Based on in depth research of this case by many accredited journalists, the facts surrounding Ms. Milke's case and conviction are shocking. I would like to strongly urge you to set an end to this travesty of so-called justice done.

Ms. Milke was pre-tried in the local media and it is a known fact that juries are being influenced by courtroom dramatics, especially when a not very competent public defender is pitched against a veteran prosecutor and a police detective who were shielded in their unethical methods by a judge, who was obviously biased and is facing charges herself for misconduct.

Latest information of the judicial system in the United States has produced an uproar world-wide. The findings in the Columbia University Study are appalling and most issues certainly apply to the Debbie Milke case.

I fervently hope that you exercise the necessary responsibility towards another human being.

With all due respect,
