Letter 12

Dear Mrs. Napolitano,

I cannot understand that Ms. Debbie Milke has been sentenced to death on no hard facts whatsoever. As a matter of fact, the entire handling of her case since her arrest almost eleven years ago strongly suggests that it was a "win at all cost" situation in the eyes of the State of Arizona.

I respectfully request that you in the highest official judicial position look into this matter personally and correct this deplorable error in justice.

I know that you were not responsible for the State's actions at the time Ms. Milke's arrest, trial, and sentencing. Therefore, I would like to think that you show responsibility and make absolutely sure that no innocent life is taken at the hands of the State.
