Introduction

The purpose of this web site is to bring The Debra Jean Milke Case to the attention of a broad spectrum of viewers and to unravel the web of inconsistencies, myths, and half-truths surrounding the murder of CHRISTOPHER MILKE and his mother's conviction thereof. The following contents are the result of many months and years of research of all available official records, media records, and other private documentations [post and prior to trial], separately studied and written by many voluntary contributors as well as being reviewed by the legal defense team and not the word of just one individual.

Wherever possible, the various chapters are based on actual trial transcripts [listing the docket numbers], police reports, and legal defense documents. Likewise, all media sources are verifiable. It is impossible to include all the trial transcripts in their entirety [they are publicly available for anyone to study if they wish to do so] but they've been broadly included wherever they were found useful in depicting the injustice done to Debra. JIM STYERS and ROGER SCOTT had their own separate cases in court, and neither one was a witness at Debra's trial [despite desperate attempts of the prosecutor for plea bargaining with ROGER SCOTT against Debra, which would've helped SCOTT to avoid a possible death sentence].

Personal accounts and observations may be viewed as being biased, but since many potential witnesses were not called to testify in support of Debra during trial, this website is just one way to shed some light on significant information, not previously available for public knowledge. Additionally, more and more provable reproductions of official legal documents have been added here. These largely include comments in order to help the reader comprehend how the Arizona's lone female death row was solely accomplished by fabricating a case against Debra, website - turned out to be nothing but a ruthless, disgraceful scam and evidence for a broken, unjust system. It is the sworn duty of any Arizonan government to ensure justice and due process for every individual suspected by police and tried in a court of law. This website proves that the exact opposite happened and - as you read this - still happens. As you read on please keep in mind that this website is about a 25 year-old mother [at the time when she was arrested] whose most precious gift in life - her gorgeous 4 year-old son CHRISTOPHER - had been brutally taken away and killed by a mental case. But despite helping to clear this hardship up and help justice prevail the authorities stabbed the knife even harder into Debra's back, fed untruths to the media, manipulated family members and secured a 'guilty' verdict using unfair, one-sided tactics. Since January 18th, 1991 Debra Milke is unjustly rotting on death row for a crime she has nothing to do with. As you read on, please remember that Debra is still incarcerated in solitary confinement.
